Allusion blinds really do offer something that little bit different. A cross between a curtain, a voile with a spin on the vertical blind and all that in a single window covering offers a unique shading solution. During the day have your allusion blind in the open position filtering light and offering you a view. In the evening when privacy is required simply twist the control rod and the curtain fabric comes to the fore providing privacy.
These blinds are a great solution over bi-fold and patio doors and the fact that you can split the fabric provides easy access in and out of doorways. Unlike vertical blinds there are also no awkward plastic chains at the bottom that can break and also get in the way of access. Anyway is there anyone out there that thought the chains on verticals looked good?
On the operation side a child safe operating wand option is available ensuring there are no cords or chains. Simply slide your blinds back using the wand.
We can cover up to 5m wide sections on a single headrail but that doesn't mean that we can't use 2 headrails or more should you have an unbelievably long run for of bi-fold doors. The headrails and facias come in white, anthracite grey and black.
Yes we can motorise these blinds with a slimline headail but please note that this for tilt only i.e. changing between sheer and solid and this to a maximum of 3m. Also this would be with an exposed headrail and cannot work in conjunction with the Allusion facia.
The Great Blind Co. naturally meets all the child safety criteria and all our blinds are supplied with break away cord consolidators. We also, though, supply a great value for money motorised option, which has no cords at all and needs no hardwiring. For more information visit our motorised blind page.
